Successfully Self-Managed

27-29 May, the fellows ran their Self-Management Shabbaton. The group began the process of planning the Shabbaton at the in March with the selection of a  theme and creating a mission and vision for the Shabbaton. The only instructions they were given was that the theme must cover two of the four Diller Pillars. The group selected the theme of "Issues facing the future of the Jewish people". We then elected  Roshim  (coordinators) and created  tzavtim (teams). Sasha and Jessy were elected as the Roshim, and arranged the group in tzvatim that would each be in responsible for a meal, a prayer service and running an educational program for the group during the Shabbaton.  The tzvatim had to meet deadline and had to find time to plan outside of Diller workshop times.  - Amy It was incredible to see the Fellows in action over the Shabbaton.
